By using Flu-Haul's services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

Service Agreement

Flu-Haul provides professional junk removal, moving, and courier services in the Greater New Orleans area. All quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on actual volume, weight, and site conditions confirmed on-site before work begins.

Booking & Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is collected securely through Stripe at the time of booking and applied toward your total service cost.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards and payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept cash.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are applied at checkout. Codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or exchanged for cash. One code per booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: full deposit refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: deposit may be forfeited
• No-shows: deposit is forfeited

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuels, explosives, or biological waste. Additional items may be restricted at our discretion.

Liability

Flu-Haul is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our crew, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not properly disclosed during booking.

Service Area

We serve Greater New Orleans and surrounding areas within approximately 25 miles of downtown New Orleans. Service outside this area may incur additional charges.
